led by James Askew

James has been involved in the residential and recreational real estate project sales and marketing business since 1993.

As President of rareEarth Project Marketing and with previous sales and marketing organizations, James has led his various teams in approximately 30 successful project sales launches, totaling over $1 billion.

As Regional Vice-President for publicly-traded Intrawest, James, was a leader in  the creation, sales and marketing of notable resort developments, including: Whistler’s Four Seasons Resort Whistler, At Natures Door Private Residence, the Pan Pacific Hotel Whistler, as well as resort villages in Copper, Keystone and Snowmass Aspen, Colorado.
