While our ultimate role is to ensure we successfully sell homes, we know that an effective project sales and marketing program begins well before the sales centre opens. Eighty percent of the success of a sales program can be attributed to ensuring we offer the right product to the market, positioning the product correctly, and releasing it to the public with an effective promotional campaign. Of course, we pride ourselves on training and leading fantastic sales teams, and know that ultimately this role is vital to a phenomenal sales program. However, if the consumer doesn’t love the product or the way it is presented, even the best sales person in the world will find it difficult to sell it. Our goal is to make selling look easy.
